My dehydrated camping food turned out great. Here’s just two that I remembered to take a picture of. Apricot and Chickpea Tagine made with couscous, curry and coconut cream and Shephard Pie made with TVP, dried wild mushrooms, lots of dehydrated vegetable, sage and thyme and dried potato flakes which made suprisingly very fluffy mashed potato’s.

Every meal was as simple as adding boiling water, waiting 5 minutes and and eating. Of course everything tasted better when your at a lake sitting around a campfire.
