Black Bean Quinoa Burrito’s

Forgot to take a picture but dinner was delicious tonight.

I mixed together about 2 cups of cooked quinoa, can of black beans, can of sweet corn, chilli powder, salt and juice from half a lime.

Loaded up a whole wheat tortilla, topped with tomato, avocado, salsa and cilantro, and a splash of hot sauce.

Simple, delicious and only 500 calories for your whole dinner.
